Darren completed his medical training with Flinders University South Australia completing a Doctor of Medicine, and later completed his General Practice training in the Northern Territory. He has completed a Diploma in Child Health through The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Medicine through the Australian College of Emergency Medicine.
Darren has interests in a wide variety of general practice including child health, emergency medicine, chronic disease management (including preparation and management of GP management plans), preventative health, travel medicine and mental health (include preparation and management of Mental Health Care Plans). He can carry out skin excisions, Implanon insertions/removals, childhood/adult/travel vaccinations and Ferrinject iron infusions.
