Prescription Renewal Confirmation

Thank you for your script/referral request. This email is acknowledgement that we have received your request and will process as quickly as possible.

Whilst we endeavour to attend to these requests promptly, it can take between 1-7 business days to get the request to you (especially if your doctor works part time). If you require your script/referral faster than this, you will need to book an appointment. 

Please also note that the clinic reserves the right to refuse the request. In this case the clinic will refund your payment immediately and may contact you directly. If your script is not approved you are required to make an appointment with a Doctor.
