Dr Andrew Mitchell will be administering your anaesthesia on that day of your surgery. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with this document prior to surgery.
Dr Andrew Mitchell will call you on the weekend prior to confirm your arrival time for the Mondays surgery.

- Complete the Darwin Private Hospital admission forms as soon as possible
- Ensure all of your scripts have been filled
- Arrange your own transport to and from the hospital
- Make payment the Wednesday before your surgery
