Theatre Bookings Prepayment
To secure your theatre booking with Dr Cameron Scott
Following your recent consultation with Dr Cameron Scott you were issued with a Fee estimate for pre payment prior to your upcoming surgery.
The theatre date issued is only tentative pending pre-payment
In order to secure your theatre date – *payment is now required
*Please note this applies to Dr Cameron Scott’s fees only, additional invoices will be forwarded from Dr Mitchell – Anaesthetist and Darwin Private Hospital.
Once payment has been received your Pre Op information pack will be forwarded directly for completion.
- Your prepayment details are received by TMG as a text document and manually transmitted via our EFT device by COB the following business day.
- This is receipted against your account as a deposit.
- The deposit will be allocated against your fee and receipted ONCE surgery has been completed, as surgery items can “on occasion” vary from the estimate.
- Following completion of your surgery you will be issued with an itemized invoice receipt for claiming purposes.
