My Health Record is an online summary of your key health information
When you have a My Health Record your information can be viewed securely online, from anywhere, at any time.
You can access your own My Health Record from any computer or device that’s connected to the internet.
However, this service is not for everybody and if you want to opt out of this program you can do so until November 15 2018. Your Medical Records will still be stored securely on Territory Medical Group’s own secure IT systems.
